Dear AdventuRiders,
The SummeRide will leave Groton bound for Pepperell.
Well, 3 out of 4 weatherpersons agree that tomorrow will be a nice day. It will still be quite warm (around 80) and humid, but that is what jumping into rivers and lakes is all about. We also need to celebrate the opening of the new Fitch's Bridge over the Nashua River.
Let's meet in Groton Center at 9:30 AM and ride to Pepperell on the Rail Trail and (optionally) jump into the Nissitissit River. From there we will ride UP to Heald Pond for a refreshing swim in a hilltop glacial pond. Then it's UP and DOWN to Bertozzi for a dip in the Squannacook River. On the way back we will cross the New Fitch's Bridge before returning to Groton Center for lunch at Filho's Cantina.

Dear AdventuRiders,
The SummeRide will leave Groton bound for Pepperell.
FINALLY the HOT and HUMID weather has quit for a while, but the humidity is supposed to be back soon. So, let's take advantage of it while we can.
Hopefully I get my bike put back together and I'm not too out of shape.
