Join Us!

Join Us each week as we bicycle the scenic backroads of the Nashoba Valley and surrounding areas in Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. We offer three different types of rides.

Recreation Ride is typically all on-road, although we will mix in some civilized off-road on occasion. We start out riding 10 to 12 miles in 2 hours with plenty of time for sightseeing. Almost anybody with bicycling experience will enjoy the Recreation Rides.

Fitness Ride mixes on-road and enough off-road riding to keep things interesting. We start out riding 15 miles and go farther and faster as the season progresses.

Exploration Ride is an all day adventure that covers 25 to 30 miles and we usually stop for lunch in the middle.

What A Difference A Day Makes!

Dear AdventuRiders,

Well the ski season has sort of fizzled and/or flooded out :-(

The good news is that it is less than three weeks to the Spring 2010 Season of AdventuRides! Checkout our new website at

If this nice weather continues, I will probably plan a few pre-season rides to take advantage of it. Stay tuned!

In the mean time, you can:

   1. Find your bike and dust it off.
   2. Pump up the tires.
   3. Make sure you have your helmet!
   4. Go for a spin to make sure everything is working properly.
   5. Find your water bottle and fill it up.
   6. Dig out your sunscreen and make sure its not too old.
   7. Get ready to have fun!

I was out looking at the flooding on the Nashua River today. Here are some pictures from a few our favorite biking destinations. The first picture is the new Pepperell covered bridge with the river lapping at the bottom. The second picture is the Nashua River rapids in Hollis. The railing you see is the bridge out to the little island we visit (and is completely flooded now). The last picture is Mine Falls in Nashua.
